The 2010 Ronald McDonald House McGala was held at the Sawgrass Marriott May 1. The annual fundraising event had a Kentucky Derby theme and featured mojitos instead of the traditional mint juleps.
The event, hosted by Deanna Fene, anchor for Jacksonville’s ABC 25 news, included dinner and a silent auction. The proceeds from the annual event are used by the Ronald McDonald House to providing lodging and other services for critically ill, chronically ill and seriously injured children and their families.
